Shipping and Handling
- We will only ship to the 48 States in the continental US, business or residential address.
- For shipping to Hawaii and Alaska please contact us for additional shipping quote prior to purchase.
- We do not ship to Puerto Rico, PO Box, APO/FPO or International.
- Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days after payment is received. If for any reason there is a delay in shipping your order, you will be contacted via email or phone.
- For security measures we must and only ship to the payment address provided in paypal.
- If payment is shipped to wrong address due to customer error, the customer will be responsible for shipping fees to reship the item.
- If change of address is needed while the item is already in transit, a $25 fee will apply.
- Illinois sales tax of 9.75% will be applied to all shipments “being shipped within” and/or “being ship to” the state of Illinois.
Returns and Refund Policy
- All sales are final.
- If in any circumstances, a refund maybe accepted (if necessary) upon acknowledgment and approval by Globalstar Beauty Corp.
- All returns must be returned in its original packaging and in new-like condition.
- All returns are evaluated before any refunds are made.
- All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee excluding original shipping cost.
- If item arrives damaged or defective we will replace or send out replacement parts at our discretion.
- Any replacement parts will be shipped out via standard ground shipping only.
- If part breaks due to defect, we will replace the part at our discretion.
- Damage due to inappropriate use by the customer void all warranty.
- Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear.
- Warranty does not cover replacement bulbs, any glass parts or pieces, labor or any installation of the warranty part.
- Please contact us for any warranty concerns or questions.
- All damages must be reported to us within 2 weeks after delivery date.
- If damages are not reported within the 2 weeks time frame no returns or refunds will be granted.
